I just applied for a Chase Freedom and got a "decision pending" message. Should I call them now or wait a day?

My score is around 700 on Equifax. I have no idea about the other two. I don't have any baddies but I have high util. I've kept my payments on time for atleast the past 9 years.

You could call them right now. That's what I did when I applied for the Chase Amazon card. 

The credit specialist gave me a decision over the phone.
