yes, you call... Citi has a habit of liking to verify the address stuff... it's been like a year and half but my partner applied and was given number... when he called she verified that the phone number he listed on the app was also what he was calling from and it was a cell... she asked to call him back... they hung up and she called and when he then verified himself again, she said that between the cell not being on credit report and a fairly new address they just wanted to verify and that it had already approved.

So I finally called and CSR asked some questions. But said a social security form would be sent to my home and for me to send back to them. Not sure what this is about.
