Re: Applied for Discover, wasn't instantly approved

My credit score from EQ is 645.

What brings it down is a 60 day late for a federal school loan in 6/2010. A collection (medical) on my account. It has not been reflected, but the collection mark should be deleted as agreed to by the agency as it is a workers comp issue as of just this last Friday.

My overall credit limit is also lower, $5k. But the $1700 addition to that will be welcomed!

Starting Scores: EQ: 602 TU: 682
Current Scores (3/11): EQ: 645 TU: 682 EX (pulled for auto): 695
Goal Score: 720
