UPDATE!! As mentioned yesterday I went after the Citi Pl card and after manual review was told today that my one and only collection account has influenced them to deny my application for credit.Dissapointed but not shocked. Citibank is a first rate operation and obviously I must present a clean report in order to be admited to their family.Question is, what card company could approve me with a single unpaid collection on my credit file? Alliant or DCU?
