Apply for bce online or over the phone?

Hey guys. So later this month I'm gonna apply for the BCE. I already have the zync card for over a year. Which way should I apply? Online or over the phone? Which one will give me a better limit?

I applied online and got instant approval. It didn't tell me my limit. I guess I have to wait for the card to arrive
