Applying for AMEX SimplyCash?

Considering applying for this card in a few months if possible.

Can I actually apply for this card? Even though it's a business card, I want it for personal use, is American Express fine with this? How would I fill the application out without lying? I know you can use your SSN for the EIN number, but what would I put in the other fields?

Re: Applying for AMEX SimplyCash?

Chase as well as Amex and a few others have gotten smarter about people abusing the system for bonus points.

So now they check for business credit files and filings.

Amex checked my business file twice in a 24 hour period and I had a instant approval.

So if you have no business CR's or EIN/TIN DNB# I doubt itSmiley Sad

So chances are slim to none

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
