Are you already a member? If so they use a soft pull from a month before so anything you paid off and is currently reflecting on your account, will not be visible to them and they will be basing their decision off an old credit report.
It just happened to me. Applied on the 11th of March when everything was paid down and then got denied because they were basing their decision off a report from early Feb.
