Approved After Recon Barclays NFL 400/1000 Promo!!!

Applied last night for the Barclays NFL card after I read that it was still active for the 400/1000 promo deal and received a Flat out denial.

With what I learned here in this community I called first thing this morning backdoor number and spoke with a very nice lady who said that my address was not matching to what the CRA had and then she re-entered the same info and it popped up, also while on the phone she asked me about my recent inq. And said I had 2 for walmart I said I only applied once for the Discover walmart card to take advantage of the promo pricing and I had no idea why there would be 2 pulls from them ( I Really don't know why there would be) but she she put me on hold for a minute and came back with approval for 2,500$ so that perfect I will make great use of the money back :-)

what is the link used, I've called in directly and used a link on slick deals and both times CSR said promo is not valid when I checked po the app status... :smileyhappy:

nice congratz!!!...i was supposed to be in the garden but I really really wanted a higher limit .... so I tried to apply for this card ... i couldn't find that promo anywhere so I applied for the $200 on first use/purchase.... I got approved for onlly $600 but guess what... I ended up closing the account right away... might not be a good decision.. but oh well...

I actually used the link for slickdeals for the Packers card Looks like the Mastercard versions are all that are active from what others are saying, by the way looks like everyone is either being declined or given the 7 to 19 day message just something I read on Slickdeals before I took the plunge So good Luck
