I live at Walmart the grocery prices are unbeatable so I'm so excited to get approved for a credit card $1400 CL WOW I'm excited.

Congrats!  My starting CL was only $900 when I got my Wal Mart card a couple years ago.  They pulled EQ for me at the time, and my score was somewhere between 680 and 690.

You should have no problem getting a CLI every 6 months either.  You may have to wait 6 months the first time (don't remember for sure), but after that, you can request a CLI every 4 months and they will typically always grant it with no hard pull.  Try even one day before the 4 month anniversary of your last CLI, though, and you will not get it.

By the way, how is there such a huge difference between the TU and EQ scores in your sig?  Is that a typo?

Prepare to jump to $2000s with your first heavy use. After that, things will get slower...

Thanks!  I'm so happy that I was able to get a decent CL.

The difference between TU and EQ are correct 100 points right....arrrrg...  All I can think of is I have 4 SL tradelines with lates however 3 of those TL's are over 5 years old, but one ACS (I already goodwilled it and TU has only updated 1 of the accounts leaving the other with lates from 2009 and 2010.  I do believe that is what's killing my score.

Other than that no PR, no Collections, No Charge-Offs just SL lates.

I'm working on it though.....

Any idea of who they pulled when you applied?  I would be surprised if they gave a limit that high based on your TU score, but I would also be surprised that they didn't give you a higher limit based on your EQ score.

My Privacy Guard hasn't updated with the inquiry yet, but as you alluded I'm almost positive they pulled EQ I'm in GA and before I applied I checked to see what they normally pull in my area and it appeared to be EQ.

However, I'll let you know for sure as soon as I know.

Just an update Walmart Credit Card already showing on Experian and Equifax credit reports even though I haven't received it yet.
