Was going to wait, and actually was going to have DH apply. However, I didn't feel comfortable having him pick up an unsecured loan in just his name for a bathroom remodel my rental property that I had before we were married... Not to say that we are planning to ever split up, and he was more than willing to do it. But uhm.... ya

No income verification required. They did the approval over the phone which was awesome. I applied for a car loan refi back in March and sent them bank statements and investment account statements... maybe that did it for them
I asked for 15k, they gave it. all is well
