Yep; I decided not to wait after I found out my contractor is having double shoulder replacement and I wanted to make sure I got the work done this year for tax reasons. When I found out how much the remodel on two bathrooms would cost I had a kneejerk reaction to open this LOC. My husband will still apply for a loan with them and we will pay off what I charge to the LOC with the loan so that I will be back to 0% utilization and he will be building credit with the loan.
