Approved but now need to stop and garden

Just got approved for AMEX Clear, don't know limit yet but psyched. I know it isn't the best with rewards but it's an AMEX revolver. About a year and a half ago I couldn't get credit for a job well done... And now things are good. This is my profile of late:

AMEX Clear opened 1/12 should be backdated 1/96 limit unknown

AMEX Gold opened 1/12 should be backdated 1/96

AMEX Zync opened 11/10 backdated 11/96

Discover More opened 1/12 limit $8000

Citi Plat opened 11/11 limit $2000

Barclays Apple opened 5/11 limit $2000

Home Depot opened 11/11 limit $4000

Cap One secured opened 12/10 $2500

Orchard Bank opened 5/09 limit $500

Hi, jnydc: I hope you don't mind too much, but I edited your post to break up the list of cards. It was awfully tough for these aging eyes to read. I didn't change any of the content, though.

Congrats on your new Clear, and welcome to the Garden!   --hauling

Wow that's great. Seems like you might be able to let that Orchard card go if it has an AF. At this point you should be set.

Congrats! My next card at some point in the next few years will be an Amex revolver. Are you going to shred Orchard? That's the first card I'm getting rid of...

Current Cards: Banana Republic Visa ($5,300), Chase Freedom ($2,000), Discover It ($11,500), Amex Costco True Earnings ($5,000), Chase Slate ($2,500)

Re: Approved but now need to stop and garden

OP is past the recommended 6 months probation for Barclays and new accounts, will they still consider AA?

OP, congrats on your cards.

Congrats!! You'll find gardening to sometimes be a little boring but the chase for CLI's is a lot funner!!!
