I think you were right, tinuviel. They just wanted to verify a few things identity wise. (: 

 

Thanks for the congrats, everyone! Never imagined we'd own a store card. Not a credit card but it's a step up! In 6 or maybe a year, we're going to try for a better credit card than the one we presently have. Stepping stones, stepping stones.

Does Amazon actually give you a card, or is it an online charge account with no plastic card?

You get a paper card with your account number on it.

With good care and usage, the Walmart can grow to a Walmart Discover.  GE is really good about CLI's so, it sounds like you are on the right road.

I applied for Old Navy and WalMart on the same day and both were instant approvals.  Not sure what my current TU score is but last I checked it 735.
