Congrats! And yes to the recon. I was also approved for a similar amount and ended up with 2500 after reconning for CLI.

RECON. I was approved for $1400. I called the back door # and I was approved for $2500. Tell them you buying a Mac Book Pro. I will be buying a IPad and a lot of thing from Apple. New 4g.

From what I've heard, a recon on the CL will result in another HP. Just an fyi.

If you were just approved for the card, why would they do another HP? Make no sense to me.

Yay! That is awesome congrats! Barclays gave me my first real CL ($2000). They originally gave me $1190 but I recon'ed to $2000. You can use this a springboard to a big boy prime card in 6-months.
