I recently refinanced my auto loan through a local credit union, BayPort Credit Union. I plan to move all my banking here and since I took the HP for the loan, I figured I'd see if I could get one of their credit cards using the same pull. Why not right? Well they did it! No additional HP! I asked for a $5,000 limit to get their platinum card but they countered with $2,500, matching my highest current limit so ill have to stick with the classic for now! I was told the card will definitely grow with my score so that's is good! Still not bad having some additional credit to reduce utilization without having another HP! I'm satisfied!
