They do monitor an unusually high amount of claims but disputing legitimate transactions = fine. I guess if you charge 20 transactions per month and dispute so many, they may flag your acct. What typically happens is they won't issue you temporary credits and will actually investigate your claims instead of sometimes just writing it off and instantly issuing you a perm credit.
