That accurately describes what we went through as well. I'm sure that there might be folks out there who go through it and don't give it much thought, but for many (if not most) of us, it's a humiliating experience.
What was worse though, was not knowing what to do afterwards. Unless you are going to go completely off the grid, you have to deal with credit. The key is to remember the lessons learned with the bk, but not become crippled by it.
