I know of none that are WEMC and non AF. There's a price for the perks.

The only non AF WEMC is the Saks.  And it's not worth it unless you're a big Saks shopper.  I hardly have used mine since I got it last year.

I currently have Dividend WEMC. Citi TYP can also be PC'd to WEMC.

You can also get a QS1 into WEMC but i dont think its very easy its without AF if you get it removed. XD

Different tier, different benefits.  Keep in mind that the specific benefits can vary by creditor and card.

Worth is always highly subjective regardless of topic.  That's for you to determine.  If you want feedback you need to give us an idea of what would make one worth it to you and another not worth it to you.  IMO it's not worth applying for any card just for the processing network tier unless you really need/want specific benefits offered by that tier/card.  There's much more to cards than just their tiers.  YMMV depending on why you're looking for a WEMC verus finding a card that suits you that happend to be a WEMC.
