Meh
I app'd because I wanted in with BoA, but didn't do enough research. I wish I'd gotten the cash back card when it was available.
I also don't think it looks nearly as cool as the online pictures.
I'm happy with mine. It was originally a Bank of America Student Visa, which turned into a Bank of America 3-2-1 Visa (or whatever it is officially called), which I converted over to the AmEx a few months back.
And I happen to think it looks better in person than online, but that's me.
It's ok. I've had it for a couple of years. The customer service is very nice when I've called. It is a cool looking card, it's more about the rewards, right? I don't like that I have to get 25,000 points to get $250 cash back. Any amount below that doesn't pay much. For example, 20k points equals $160. Strange system. So, once I redeem my points, it's a long haul to cash in points, and requires a commitment to almost dedicated use of that card. I like my Chase Freedom a bit more for rewards. Even my US Bank Visa seems better because I can cash out with fewer points.
I've had mine for a few years and I agree the rewards program is alright (Freedom is much better) but the CSRs are always nice and professional. I've had no problems with BofA
