Are you serious Comenity....this is a credit card?

I received my Virgin America card in the mail today and I can't believe what a flimsy piece it is.

It does not feel like a credit card at all. The design itself is pretty nice looking but it's so thin it feels you could snap it I half with ease.

I thought I had read somewhere that Comenity changed the card after lots of complaints about it being so flimsy.

They're pretty cheap with their cards. My express one feels like paper, really… lol

They have had many issues with these cards and they say they are working on getting the real one that they advertised printed and mailed out to all current cardholders.
