Re: Asking Amex for a cli after two months with BCP

I've paid them in full the only 2 months I had them with me. I can only wish they give me the $6K limit :smileyhappy:

That would def put me a step closer to signature land.

Re: Asking Amex for a cli after two months with BCP

In my experience, limited mind you, with Amex, as long as you pay on time and in full they will treat you well. They have never yet not done something I have asked for. They can likely tell from my Green card that I use them as my primary spending source each month and likely want to keep me loyal. Also, I wonder how many people outside of the credit addicts on myfico like us actually know you can request a 3X CLI after 2 statements on a new amex revolver? Had I not been on this board I wouldn't have dared to do that in fear of rocking the boat. Being knowledgeable and saavy does have its benefits.

I'll say this again, I really always want to thank everyone on this board for their help and support. I hope to do the same for others as my experience grows. While still working on building my credit up over time, after today I can feel I have really entered primeville.
