Hello,
Wanted to see if anyone has ran into this before.
I am an authorized user on my parent's CC. They charged 9K to their card, which threw my utilization to 37% and droping my CreditKarma score 80/100 points.
If I remove myself as a AU from that card, will my score go back up?

Possibly, this is part of the good/bad of AU accounts. If the card has a long history and you get it removed from your reports that history is gone (affecting your AAoA) which could effect your score in a negative fashion; the drop in Utilization should effect your score in a positive fashion. How much either will have can not be estimated with the information available.
Remember utilization has no memory so when they pay it off your score should go back to the previous value (assuming there is no other significant changes in your reports)
