Authorized User on AmEX card Help Credit?

In my new job my boss gave me a Amex card to use when out of town.. When I called to activate it, the automated thing asked me for the last 4 of my social.. Does this mean this card will be on my credit? If so will this improve my score or will it just be there that I am an authorized user?

Hi.. it will show up on your credit report.  I am authorized user on an Amex also and
it is on my report.  I imagine it will help your score a bit.

Is it an amex personal or amex business?
Personal card will show on your credit and probably help
Business card will not show on your credit and will not help
Waiting is so Overrated! :smileytongue:
