That depends; if it is an old account, utilization below at or below 9%, and perfect payment history, it'll help your report and scores significantly 
but then again, it depends what else is on your reports...baddies, high utilizations, and late payments can sometimes mask the good!
Depend on many other factors :
- credit limit
- History
- payment history
- Utili.....ETc.........
