Opened the mail from today to find a letter from Barclay's. Barclay's seems to be the only CC who is giving me auto CLI's. Went from $14,300 to $17,300. I am quite pleased. ![]()

Congrats, nice limit! Would you mind telling us how long you have had your card before the CLI? I have one that is approaching two months old (5k). I hear Barclay's is generous with limits. I hope that holds true when the time comes for me to be considered. I guess 6 months, maybe.

The CLI's have been 6 months apart lately. I have had the card since 5/2008. I do not remember how long it was before the first one.

I forgot to ask if you noticed a SP or HP on your CR for the CLI?

The B&N card is the only one that gives us regular CLIs as well. We have had it about 4 years and it has gone from $15K to $24K. During that time is had been used for a couple of very big purchases, but other than that is it used very little, just to get a reduced price on books!

I used it to run my annual homeowners insurance through, and did a $5000 0% BT. I am in the process of paying that down before the promo is over.
Oh, and of course at B&N for the discount.
