I included a VS CC in my CH7 way back in 2004.

 

NEVER do I get the pre-approved popup when I'm shoppin' in their online store.

 

So they still remember little 'ol me from all those yrs ago.

Actually their pre-approved pop up may or may not appear.

I have done several times and have never received it.

Try doing from another computer.
