B of A Cash Rewards - Visa Signature Question

I received a Visa Signature B of A card about a year ago and it did not report my credit limit or my utilization.  I was fine with that especially after receiving  0% on balance transfers.  All of the sudden I got an alert a few days ago that the card is now reporting the limit and utilization. 

Has this happened to any of you???  If so, does anyone know the reasoning behind the change?

 BoA has started reporting the limit on the siggy cards. I think enough people complained about it not being reported so they changed their policy.
