I am thinking of apping for this.
1.5% points per dollar
no foreign trans fee
emv chip
no annual fee
Am I missing something here? This looks like an awesome travel combo with my Chase Hyatt (also no FTF w/emv). I would go for a Cap 1 card, but no emv chips yet.
Any reason not to? Is there something I don't know?
Also, who do they pull?
I have it and think it is great. It is chip + signature, but still works at most POS terminals in UK. The interest rate is high, but I don't carry a balance unless there is a 0% promotion.

They pull Experian.
I like mine as well. And no matter what limit you get (whether it's a signature card or not) you still get free concierge service and it's cool
I have the card and use it everyday. Feel free to check out my review of the card:

They pulled Experian on me. BofA always pulls Experian for new accounts and Transunion for credit limit increase requests, AFAIK.

No, you're right!
Awesome deal and no reason to to app for it, unless you derive more benefits from a non-forex fee based travel rewards card. In my view, this is the "best in class" non-forex and no annual fee card.
PenFed seems like a good one, but I just don't want to jump through hoops to join a CU, even if it is a small token donation.

+1. This card is somewhat of a unique animal given it has no AF, no forex, EMV and 1.5% CB.

+1 with everyone else. I'll most likely PC my 3-2-1 cash rewards card to the travel rewards.
Check out the Better Balance Rewards card as well.
