I received a "prescreened" offer in the mail yesterday for the 3-2-1 card. I know that prescreened doesn't mean anything usually, but this one stated 0 apr for 12 months and then 14.99% thereafter, not a range in the interest rate. Is this there way of giving an approval, just curious.

If it is a set APR then it is solid. But remember, if anything changes in your credit profile from when the offer was generated you may get denied as no pre-approval is set in stone.
Yes, I know that a set apr is pretty much a sure thing but they confused me with the "prescreened" wording. Thanks to you both for your input.
