Does anyone know which fico score they pull.

They pulled Experian and Trans Union (two  weeks later) on me,

EX for me in FL. What were the three cards?

Their preapproval form says they pull CB data. Does this count as an inquiry?

it says it is not a credit application?

On their pre-approval form, they "soft" your credit report(s). Which means, it's not the type of inquiry that others can see = does not count as a hard inquiry.

We're talking about the webpage found here:

where it states the following:

"Please note: This is not an application for a credit card and we will not use the information that you provide us for any other purpose."

Use of this preapp form is always either a soft or a "no INQ" process,

If you select one of the products presented after you submit the form (if any) and continue the process further it will become a credit app and you will be hard INQ'ed.
