BARCLAY'S B&N MASTERCARD CLI LUV BUTTON

I just noticed on my account last evening B&N has under account services a link to request cli's, which was never there before, so anyone with this card have you noticed this also as I am wondering when B&N applied this link, also I am questioning if it is a hard or soft pull if anyone has actually tried the link.  Thanks for any information

Re: BARCLAY'S B&N MASTERCARD CLI LUV BUTTON

Glad you posted!!

Just checked my B & N account and it's there; not sure if it's ever been there before as I don't think I ever looked for it.

It's also showing under my regular Juni account as well, although on that card they've balance chased me (while giving me CLIs on B&N).

I hope someone with some recent Juni CLI info will chime in on this.  If it's a soft, I'll probably take a chance.

Yep - this will be a hard pull for sure!

In my case, they pulled TU.

My Barclay's Juniper MC does auto CLI's every six months without a hard pull.

I'm wondering - Does the Barclay's B&N card do the same?

Just puttin' syrup on something, don't make it pancakes.

Ray, did you actually apply for a cli today, or was the TU pull done in the past, thanks

[ Edited ]

It was about 30 days ago.... I had the card about a month and one statement cut.

Just about fell out of my chair when it was approved. Went from $2200 to $5000...

Waiting now to see if they will AUTO CLI from  here on. I use this card to pay my USAA Auto Insurance each month.

It has just recently started appearing.  For about two years the CLI button was not available, but recently it appeared.

Not sure if it is a hard pull, but I'd be surprised if it weren't.  One way to test is to freeze your TU and then try for the CLI.

Re: BARCLAY'S B&N MASTERCARD CLI LUV BUTTON

Just had my 2 accts cli'd on 6/13/11.  I took a hard pull for my Juni Visa, and hard pull for Travelocity Amex, so yes hard pull.  Juni products are eligible for soft pulls every 6 months, but only for approx 1k cli each time.  I wanted more than that, so i accepted the hard pull.

Whether online request or backdoor number is always hard pull.

Re: BARCLAY'S B&N MASTERCARD CLI LUV BUTTON

It popped up on my Priceline Sig. Visa after a year. Pulled it for a $7500 increase and they HP on TU. Went from 12.5 to 20k so I can't complain.
