Anyone have any experience with CLI's on this card, specifically whether it is a hard or soft pull?
I called and asked three different agents. Two said soft pull, one said hard pull. One of the agents who said it was soft didn't sound too sure. So right now, it's a "maybe."
This card has been sitting at a $2500 CL since I opened it almost two years ago. There is very little in the way of online account management, so any CLI would have to be over the phone. I don't use the card often but wouldn't mind a CLI if I can accomplish it with a soft pull.
