I just got a letter saying they gave me a whopping $200 CLI. 3 years and this is the first I have recieved. I then called and asked for the annual fee to be waived or I was closing the account. They ended up giving me an account credit for the annual fee. So... I will be keeping it open for atleast another year. HSBC isn't so bad.... Sometimes....
