BCE $250 bonus after $1000 spent

Just got what I believe is a tageted offer in my mail. Spend $1000 and get $250 back. Anyone else get this?

 

Too bad I applied earlier this month for the $100/$1000 offer. Anyone know if I call them, they will give me this offer?

Wow, that's a great offer.  I wonder if there is any way to track it  down and ensure that I get one...

The $100/$1,000 is their standard offer that everyone gets. The $250/$1,000 is their targeted offer. I wonder if AmEx also has a targeted offer for the BCP.

Does AMEX still have its pre-approval site? I've always had trouble finding it, but now I cannot find it at all... Why do they make is so difficult to find...
