BCE $250 bonus "exclusive offer"

  Got an e-mail a couple days ago to apply. $250 statement credit after $1,000 spend in 3 months. No confirmation code or anything like that. Doesn't show any offers when I login to my Zync account-just discounts at some stores. Anybody else get this and is it any better than a cold apply?

Haven't seen that one even on Amex site it must be targeted 

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
