I've had a BCE card for 6 months and the end of my statement always tells me how much cash back I earned and in what category. Two days ago my Nov statement cut, and this section is missing. No where does it show my rewards, or what I earned. Anyone else had this happen ? What gives ? (Account in good standing, never late, etc)
I have the BCP, but on my statement that cut 2 days ago it is also missing a rewards section on the physical statement. One of the pages is blank, followed by two pages of ads to "use your card here and get x reward." I figure it's just an error for this statement cycle.
Does it show your rewards when you check your online statement?
In the rewards section of the website, it stays about 1 statement behind, due to the way AmEx deals rewards. However, it did update to showing last month's rewards balance as of the statement cutting.

EXACTLY! Same here. I was wondering if someone was going to start a thread. Has anyone called the number yet?

I haven't . . . I figure it'll work itself out.
