Thanks for the info. I need to check EQ and TU to see if they did the same for me. My approval letter only mentioned EX, but that doesn't mean that EQ and TU weren't involved.

I got approved this month with a 688 TransUnion (as reported by AmEx; my myFICO TU score is 726 -- I don't know what the discrepancy is), so even bottom-feeders catch a break once in a while

Starting Score: 653 (11/1/2011 TransUnion)
Current Score: 719 (5/3/2012 TransUnion) 572 (3/21/2012 Equifax) 762 (4/14/12 VantageScore)
Goal Score: 700
