Since this forum got a specific area for credit cards, I thought I'd re-post this with updated info.
The following information is from my own experience and compiled data from other areas of the internet and friends. Please feel free to add to this list if you get approved for something not listed on here and have a BK on your credit report. Hopefully this helps people and saves them an INQ hit due to applying and getting denied for credit.
Also the info listed is gathered by the lowest score approved by at time of applying. It may or may not have lower requirements when applying. Be sure to check if they use a different cra when pulling your credit report. The ones showed below were experienced by myself or others.
Store cards are not included. That will be used for another thread.

I will update more as I gather the info. Also don’t forget about Credit Unions. They can be your friend when it comes to approving you with a BK.

Juniper is one of those that i don't have personal experience from. From the people that I know personally however, they have mixed feelings about. They're bk friendly with a decent apr, but a few friends have been hit with a hidden annual fee. Be sure to get details on these guys.
