BMW Card Services ..Pending App..Letter Sent ...

I applied for the BMW Visa on Sat 2/22.  They pulled my EX on 2/25.  I called in today and the rep said my app is still pending but they sent me a letter on 2/25

Has anyone else that has been approved for this card had this happen to them ?

I can't imagine they are asking for pay stubs since I leased one BMW from them and financed another and also have zero debt on my CR

Just can't imagine what this letter is

I remember it took a week or two for me to get approved.  They're pretty slow.  No idea about the letter though.
