BOA 7-10 DAY MESSAGE?

I got a little carried away got approved for Macy's and Victoria Secret in last two days and i guess i had illusion of grandeur cause i appled for boa.  Did the preapproval and was offer 3? an amex. mastercard and visa. I received message will hear in 7-10 days.  Is this good or bad?

BofA did the same thing when DW appd via the preapproval. Got the 7-10 message after selecting the Amex brand. Seems like she was offered $1500 but came back after a few days and offered $1k because of her credit.

The preapproval was for $1500.00 cl.  I would be happy with anything just to get my foot in the door exept the 99/500.  I already have a Wamu visa with $2500 cl.  Don't want to go the secured route now.
