Approved for 7.5k!! OMG, my first (aside from my AMEX CC) prime card approval that I'm not an AU on.
They pulled EX, and I got the 30 day wait. A day later they pulled TU (this was last Monday) where at the time, my FICO was still 788 (then it went down to 644, now up to 754.. long ugly story ).
I really wanted this card for the 1.25% cashback on all purchases with no cap. I know other cards are better for their quarterly categories but I'm not the type to keep track. I'm also not interested in reward points so this card is perfect for me. I may even make DH an AU and that would be a first..
Congrats!!
I have this card and received the 0% APR offer on purchases for 12 months.
Thanks, Scamp
bakalo- I didn't receive any offers from them, just applied online. I'll be very happy if I get interest free for 12 months, but I don't see it happening..
Congrats!
Congrats! I've had this card for a year now and I LOVE it. I pay in full every month (at 14% APR I have to!) and so far I've gotten about $200 in cash back from their rewards program.
Thanks guys.
What's interesting about this is I found out through an alert from EX. They reported it the same day they checked TU. I still don't have the card, but when I called after getting the new account alert, i got the automated message saying I was approved. Only reason I know the CL is because it's listed on EX as $7,500.
My Plus score went up 43 points because of this (i know the plus score is useless but found it interesting).
Wonder if it's going to do the opposite for my FICO scores through .
Congrats
Only down side about BoA AMEX is that they have a high threshold for redeeming cashback. You have to earn $50 (by spending 4K) in order to redeem it. Most CC allow you to redeem cashback starting at $25. Although if you spend a lot this should not be a problem.

Hi trumpet-
That's ok. My Citi dividend doesn't allow under 50 either. Problem with the Citi is it caps at $300 so then we need to start using our Chase.
