They actually pulled EX AND TU for me. I am in Michigan. I was a little peeved by this, but oh well.

Yes, I did get approved from a targeted mailer (pre-approved, so it claims). The offer I accepted also did not have the ranges for Interest rates as listed on the website (11.99-21.99), it was listed only as a flat 11.99% (the best rate for this card).

I went back and checked by disclosures, and they do in fact say 0% on purchases and BT until July 2014. The disclosures also state this info is per the Introductory offer ID (the same ID listed on the preapproved mailer I received) so I guess this is a targeted offer.

I would not fib, what would be the point?
