Wow, I would have raised holy hell about that OTL fee. That's ridiculous. And it ought to be illegal.

Yeah, that's pretty low. Did you have any luck getting them to waive the fee?

 

I closed my PIF'd account with them like you did. I'm waiting to shift the remaining $4000 of my Mastercard before I close that account.
