HP - 99.99999999% of the time
My experience:
Secured card: HP
Non-secured card: SP

You're one of the incredibly lucky few. Auto-CLI's may be SP; however, customer initiated ones with BOFA are 99.9999% of the time HP's as has been stated.
It's not quite infinite monkey timelines, but it's pretty darned close as to whether they will compose Mozart before you get a SP CLI that you requested from BOFA.
