Got a BofA secured card in March 2013, they auto unsecured it for me in January this year after 10 months. That same day I sent them a secured message requesting it PC'd to Travel Rewards, they did. Then a week later I asked for a CLI to 10k and they countered with 5k. I had a CL of 300 the entire 10 months, I put about 200 a month on it and paid it In full every time (they did a HP on my TU report). Good luck.
