My spouse had his credit line increased on his cash rewards and now it is a VS. It is still showing as a Platinum plus on the account even though the limit is 5,000. Do you have to have them manually PC to Visa signature?

Yeah you need to request the upgrade. They will SP your report again but the whole process took me a few weeks for the card to arrive.

Just called, they said in 24 to 48 hours it should say VS on the account. They said that the card will come after.
