I just couldnt figure out how when I t the correct info into an online appplicatio how they managed to send sensitive info to an address on an MBNA account that had been closed for over 14 years
BOFA is a pirme lender and a second largest retail bank in US after citibank. You should have no problem adressing your questions with their CSR. Call them. They should be able to coorect mistakes they made.
