You are saying that they charged you $15 to expedite the delivery of your credit card ? Is this a new card or a replacement card ?
Many companies will expedite for free, but honestly I'm not suprised that BoA would try to stick it to you.
New Card lol....I expect better Amex does it for free
Give them a call and ask them to remove the charge ~ you can remind them of the fact that AMEX ( and others ) don't charge to do this.....

And they will probably remind you of the fact that they don't care.
They will remind you that they are NOT Amex or any other CC. LOL.
For a new card, it doesn't surprise me. If it were a replacement card for a lost or stolen card, then I would htink it would be free, especially if it was Amex.
Amex expedited my brand new Hilton HHonors card to the hotel I was staying at (a Hilton family hotel) so that I could get it in time to charge my room to it. No charge. That's pretty good service.
another reason why i call them the boa constrictor!

They charged you $15? You probably would have come out cheaper getting some of your credit line direct deposited.
