Well I was just approved for Discover It with a $7000 credit line. I've already received the card a couple of days ago, but it's not reporting yet. So the BOA at $500 was actually my highest limit as far as they could see. But I pushed about $800 a month through it, making payment at least 3 times a month. And of course always paying in full each month as soon as the statement cut. I never let a statement cut with more than 10% util on it.
Plus I think they pull TU for increases, and it's gone up a lot over the last few months, currently at 711.

Well, that's encouraging. Next week my highest limit of 6k will show up so that will be nice. I use the boa card alot too and pay it off weekly. I just got the rewards added to it....have you added that to yours yet?
Actually mine came with rewards already attached. I had originally apped for the Visa Sig card and was denied, but they countered the 99/500 card and I took it. But when it came in the mail it was a Cash Rewards 123 card, although secured, but I wasn't complaining. I've redeemed probably around $100 in rewards in the last 9 months, love it!
