Under my card name, I have a pull down button appear.

Takes me to the update annual income page.
"Just submit your total annual income to complete your credit line increase request. This request will not create a credit bureau inquiry"

Your current income information is needed to qualify for a line increase and will impact the size of your increase, if any. We will not request a consumer report as a result of your response to this invitation."
Is this a soft pull?
I got an auto CLI over a year ago so I think they're trying to do another one.
